BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please Read

1. Booking: When you make a booking, you must complete the booking form, accepting on behalf of all your party the terms and conditions listed below.

2. Deposit: A deposit of £150 per person is required if you book more than 10 weeks prior to departure. A booking exists once a confirmation invoice is sent to you detailing what you have booked (please check it carefully). Once confirmation is sent, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits may be claimed on Insurance, subject to terms, so to guard against the unforeseen possibility of having to cancel, we recommend Insurance is essential.

3. Final Payment: Due no less than 10 weeks prior to departure date. If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain you deposit and apply the cancellation charges set out in booking condition 4.

4. Cancellation: Must be advised in writing by the person who signed the booking form or their authorised representative. The following cancellation charges apply: Up to 2 weeks prior to departure 100% of holiday price, up to 4 weeks: 75%, up to 6 weeks: 50%, up to 10 weeks: 30% and over 10 weeks: loss of deposit only.

5. Liability: Haig Ski accepts no responsibility for claims arising from your travel to the resort, other than the transport between airport and resort.

6. Alterations: Compensation will not be payable if we are forced to cancel or in any way change your holiday due to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

7. Cancellation by us: In no case will we cancel your holiday less than 10 weeks before departure except for reasons of Force Majeure or failure on your part to pay the final balance.

8. Haig Ski Property: You are fully responsible for loss or damage caused to property. Haig Ski shall be entitled to recover full costs if applicable.

9. Termination of holiday: Haig Ski shall have the right to terminate without compensation, your holiday if it is deemed that you behaviour is unacceptable, unreasonable, likely to cause major offence to other clients or damage the reputation of Haig Ski.

10. Visas, Passports and Baggage: You are responsible at all times for your own personal documents, baggage and ski equipment, hired or not.

11. Unused Holidays: No refunds are available in respect of unused parts of the holiday.

12. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not ski in areas beyond your capability. Whether you ski or snowboard, with or without a guide, you do so at your own risk.

13. It is your responsibility to inform us if you, your child or any of your party has been in contact with any contagious diseases recently that may affect us or our guests..

14. All descriptions on this site are given in good faith and based on information believed to be correct at the time of writing.

15. Enforcement of the booking conditions is at Haig Skis discretion.
